Great experience. He showed up on time, was easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. Got everything fixed quickly and made sure the heat was working before he left. Super professional and no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend!

Their service techs are the best they know their stuff and take the time to explain the problem and how it was resolved.The office personnel really care about your well being, making every effort to get techs to you as soon as possible. I always highly recommend them . The bio fuel they deliver burns very clean and the state give a 20 cents off per gallon. Great deal.

Right now, I'm pretty upset about how Hart is handling the Air Conditioning Emergency I called about yesterday. It's 12:45PM and still no sign of getting it fixed today. Michelle called about 1/2 hour ago and didn't know what she's supposed to get prices done for - much less locating the equipment to get the job done today in 100 degree heat.
